Business Development Manager

This
is seen as a ground-floor opportunity to share in China's well-reported
economic growth. The candidate will be working as a part of an
international team, and will be instrumental in growing KijiSoft's core business in North America utilizing both local and
overseas resources.
Requirements:
- Must have a record of success
in a similar field. We believe that to be
considered successful will have existing contacts within the system
integration and software development for banking, utilities, telecom,
healthcare, media/publishing, eCommerce, and
manufacturing industries, government, IT
and Business Process consulting firms
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written
communication skills, relationship skills
and promotional skills
- Strong sales and service
skills and a demonstrated track record in
these areas
- Initiative and a strong sense
of professionalism
- Post-secondary education is a
must
Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Executive
Base: Markham, Ontario. Traveling up to 50%, both domestically and
internationally, is required.

Project Manager / Sr. System Analyst
|
|
This is seen as a ground-floor
opportunity to share in China's well-reported economic growth. The
candidate will be working as a part of an international team, and will
be leading technical staff in North America for Customer Requirement
Analysis, High-level Functional Design and also managing project being
outsourced to our R&D centers in China.
Requirements:
- Qualified candidate should
have 5+ years of system analysis experiences in one or more of the
following industries: banking & finacial services, utilities,
telecom, healthcare, media/publishing, eCommerce, and
manufacturing industries, government, IT
and Business Process consulting firms ;
- 3+ years of project
management experiences, IT and Business Process project experience is
definitely a plus; familiar with both .NET and Java-based (including
open source) development environment.
Reporting to: VP of Development.
Base: Markham, Ontario. Traveling up to 30%, both domestically and
internationally is required.
